Product Description:

Roller type egg tray production line (FC-ZMG3-24)

Raw material: Waste paper, mainly book, newspaper, cultural paper, paper carton, corner of waste paper from carton printing and paper mills, factory.

Output: 1800-2500PCS/hr

Raw matetial: 150-180kgs/hr

Use of product: With different moulds, it can produce egg trays, vegetable trays, fruit trays, can trays, seedling trays, etc. The product is widely used in electronics, electrical appliances, fruit, alcohol and other industrial products packaging.

Four systems:

1):Forming system include forming machine, vacuum pump, vacuum container, self absorbing pump, air compressor, air tank, clean water pump, forming mould, transferring mould.

2):Pulp making system include hydrapulper, pulp pump, multi-function refiner machine, stirrer, pulp making control system.

3):drying system include blower, burner, conveyer, drying control system.

4):Hot-press machine.
